Trish is a Physiotherapist with over 33 years' experience in private practice in Sydney and Goulburn NSW. She has recently relocated to the Channel. Her interests lie in acute and chronic musculoskeletal assessment and treatment, Nordic Manual Therapy, pain management, orthotic prescription and women's health.
She finds a wholistic approach provides the best solutions and she strives to empower people of all ages to be the best they can be.
Trish is a volunteer National Classifier with the Paraequestrian Team and has worked with elite athletes, Little Athletics, swimming clubs and basketball teams. She enjoys working with horse riders of all disciplines and the farming community.
Trish has established PhysioCare South in order to be of service to the people of the Channel and surrounding areas and is available for consultations at 1727 Channel Highway Margate on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and at West Winds Community Centre at Woodbridge on Friday mornings.

Deborah is an Australian Physiotherapy Association titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2001, and from Auckland University of Technology with a Masters in Health Practice (Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy) in 2015.
Originally from Scotland, Deborah trained in ballet for three years with her final year spent at the London Contemporary Dance School. She taught dance for many years before embarking on her physiotherapy career.
A passion for travel saw her head to New Zealand in 2005 where she held a senior role in a pain clinic and musculoskeletal outpatient department before moving into private practice. She then moved to beautiful Tasmania where she has lived and worked for the last eleven years.
Deborah's clinical interests include upper limb, spinal pain, movement dysfunction. chronic pain and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She enjoys walking on the beach and being a busy mum. She has loved discovering all that Tasmania has to offer and is looking foward to being able to visit her family in Scotland when restrictions ease.
Deborah is available for consultations at Margate on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
ROMAN MEYERMassage Therapist (ATMS)
Registered with most private Health funds, Roman provides several types of Massage to assist with Rehabilitation, recovery from Sports injuries or for Stress Management. He has over 25 years of experience in those areas having worked closely with doctors, physiotherapists, psychologists and coaches.
Roman initially trained as a nurse and theatre assistant in Vienna in Austria before he acquired a Diploma in Remedial Massage. This gave him a good understanding of how to interact with the medical system. He commenced business in Hobart in 1988 and in 1989 he became part of Hobart’s first Chronic Pain Clinic. There he worked together with physiotherapists, psychologists and anaesthetists to assist with pain management.
In 1989 Roman was contracted by the Tasmanian and Australian Institute of Sport.Over the years he repeatedly travelled with Olympic and National sports teams. The environment of a multi-modality clinic suits him well. He believes those experiences have given him great insight of how differently people respond to recurring performance pressure. In 2017 he obtained a Certificate III in Individual Support for the Aged.
Roman’s special interest is in how body and mind work together and influence each other’s functions. He combines personal insights with knowledge gained from ongoing professional development. This knowledge is particularly useful in stress management. Receiving a well-paced massage can assist the body to process and alleviate stress related symptoms.For whatever reason you decide to have a massage, you can be sure, Roman can accommodate you. He believes in the end it’s all about people and supporting them in their everyday life.
